Eva Air Cancellation Policy
Eva Air customers can cancel tickets free of charge within 24 hours from the date of purchase if the ticket was purchased at least 7 days before departure.
In certain circumstances, you may be exempt from the change and cancellation fee.
If you are a close relative or have experienced the death or injury of fellow passengers, you may be entitled to an exemption.
Eva Air supports flight cancellations for all airline tickets, except award points or mileage booking tickets.
If Eva Air changes your departure or arrival time, you may be entitled to change or cancel your reservation free of charge.
